Jorge Ivan Rodriguez

Founder & CEO

Mr. Rodriguez, is the founder and Chief Executive officer of Preston Mining Corporation. He is an entrepreneur with 25 years
of experience in the international mining industry including exploration, acquisition, development and production of numerous mining projects
in the USA, Mexico and Chile. He has in-depth knowledge of project evaluation and management, reserve estimation and economic analysis, construction, as well as operations management. Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate from Harvard Business School in Negotiation mastery. Mr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Society Mining Engineering, as well as the Canadian Mining Institute of Mining Metallurgy and Petroleum.

Enoc Rodriguez-Fong

President

Mr. Enoc holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and Operations Management. An alumnus of Monterrey University of Technology, he has gained valuable international experience through roles in the USA with Rio Tinto at the Kennecott Mine and in Mexico with Newmont at the Peñasquito Mine.

Alexis Astorga Sánchez

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Astorga, a Professional Mining Engineer from the University of La Serena, Chile, brings international expertise in mining operations and project development in the USA, Chile, and Mexico. As CFO of Sam Solutions International, he has played a pivotal role in managing financial strategies for major clients such as BHP, Acciona, Enertis, Goldcorp, Barrick, Newmont, Grupo Mexico, and Southern Copper.

Ignacio Ponce Mondragón

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Ponce is a Professional Mining Engineer from the University of La Serena, Chile, with extensive international experience in project development and operations in the USA, Chile, and Mexico. As COO of Sam Solutions International, a global dust and water control company, Mr. Ponce has collaborated with leading organizations, including BHP, Acciona, Enertis, Goldcorp, Barrick, Newmont, Grupo Mexico, and Southern Copper. His operational acumen and leadership have driven success across diverse projects.

Sergio Alfonso Rodriguez

Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Sergio is a mining engineer with a solid background in mining business development. An alumnus of Monterrey University of Technology, he has gained international experience through roles in the USA with Rio Tinto at the Kennecott Mine and in Mexico with Newmont at the Peñasquito Mine. His outstanding leadership in Mexico and coordination of international projects highlight his expertise in advancing the company’s business development efforts.

Mr. Amílcar Álvarez Iribarren is a highly experienced mining engineer with over 42 years of experience in the mining industry, specializing in project development, risk prevention, environmental compliance, and financial evaluation. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions in mining operations across Chile, overseeing plant operations, underground mining projects, and large-scale facility assessments. His expertise includes investment analysis, reserve estimation, infrastructure development, and operational strategy. In addition to his industry roles, he has dedicated six years to academia as a lecturer at Universidad de Atacama and Universidad de Aconcagua. Mr. Álvarez is a certified SERNAGEOMIN Expert and holds a diploma in Management and Strategy.

Igancio Jara Álvarez

Corporate Lawyer

Mr. Jara Álvarez is the Corporate Lawyer for Preston Mining Corp, where he has overseen compliance, regulatory, labor, and corporate matters since 2019. He has been involved in all of the company’s projects in Chile, including bidding processes and internal operations. His expertise includes corporate law, labor regulation, and compliance systems, ISO certifications auditor. Mr. Jara Álvarez holds a Law degree and a Master’s in Corporate and Labor Law, and he is also a founding partner of Gorroño-Jara Abogados, a corporate and litigation law firm based in La Serena, Chile.

Rubén Ulloa

Senior Corporate Tax Advisor

Mr. Ulloa is the Senior Corporate Tax Advisor for Preston Mining Corp. and SAM Solutions Inc., with over 30 years of experience in accounting and tax consulting. He has provided strategic tax and financial advisory services to a wide range of companies across various industries, both locally and internationally, as well as to high-net-worth individuals. His expertise includes corporate tax planning, financial structuring, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Ulloa holds a degree in Auditing and Accounting from Universidad Austral de Chile and a Master’s in Tax Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Kirill Igorevich Prytkov

Asia region manager

Mr. Prytkov, originally from Kazakhstan, has a strong international background, having lived, worked and studied in the mining industry in Johannesburg South Africa, Colorado USA, Stockholm Sweden, and Almaty Kazakhstan. He specializes in business development and sales operations, bringing valuable expertise to Preston. Based between Sweden and Kazakhstan, he leads the company’s growth across the Asia-Pacific region.

Insar Ryskeldinov

Commercial Manager

Mr. Ryskeldinov, originally from Kazakhstan, is a Commercial Manager specializing in business development, B2B sales, and cross-border trade. He has lived and studied in Beijing, worked in Istanbul, and gained hands-on experience across Africa, developing strong capability in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Insar works with partners across China, Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East, focusing on partner acquisition, commercial negotiations, and structuring workable deals in sectors including mineral fertilizers, petroleum products, and industrial raw materials and chemicals. Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, Turkish, English, and Chinese, he supports international teams with clear, execution-focused coordination.
