Mr. Rodriguez, an American citizen, has worked as Mining Engineer. He is an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the international mining industry including exploration, acquisition, development and production of numerous mining projects in USA, Mexico and Chile,.. He has in-depth knowledge of project evaluation and management, reserve estimation and economic analysis, construction, as well as operations management.
Mr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Society Mining Engineering, as well as the Canadian Mining Institute of Mining Metallurgy and Petroleum.
Sergio Enoc Rodriguez
Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Rodríguez superintendent of Mexico and coordinator of international projects in dust and water management. Mr. Rodriguez is an industrial engineer from the Monterrey University of Technology with international experience in the USA with Rio Tinto at their kennecott mine, in Chile with Codelco at their Andina mine, and in Mexico with Newmont at their Peñasquito mine.
Ignacio Ponce Mondragón

Mr. Ponce is a Professional Mining Engineer from the University de La Serena, Chile with international operating and project development experience in USA, Chile, and Mexico.
Mr. Ponce is a COO for Sam Solutions Int, and international dust and water control company that services companies as BHP, Acciona, Enertis, Goldcorp, Barrick, Newmont, Grupo Mexico, Southern Copper among Others.
Alexis Astorga Sánchez

Mr. Astorga is a Professional Mining Engineer from the University de La Serena, Chile with international operating and project development experience in USA, Chile, and Mexico.

Catalina Corco Cabrera
Human Resources, Director
Catalina is a Human Resources and Accountant professional with extensive training in Human Resources in Chile. She has been working with Sam Solutions Int with the same role.
Catalina obtained her degree Universidad Tecnológica de Chile INACAP Certified as Commercial Engineer.
